Your story is found in the movement in nature, not static poses in front of a background. At Lenswork Studio, we prefer going outside to capture the cinematic "in-between." While we provide expertly composed portraiture, our signature lies in documenting your family’s natural rhythm - the unscripted family walk, the shared glance, and the genuine interactions that define your connection.
Based in Winnetka and inspired by the expansive landscapes of the North Shore, we trade the artificial background for the honesty of the natural world. Each image is meticulously crafted with a distinct, filmic soul, preserving both the exuberant laughter and the quiet, fleeting moments of your family’s current chapter. We don’t just record a likeness; we create art that feels like home.
How We Work
We keep things relaxed and intentional. To ensure every family gets our full creative energy, we only host 4 sessions per weekend. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during the summer and fall. If you’re eyeing a session during this time, reaching out early is always a good idea.
We meet you where you’re most comfortable - in and around your home or a favorite outdoor spot in the North Shore area. A typical photo shoot lasts up to 60 minutes.
Investment & Arts
Our pricing is straightforward, so we can focus on the fun part - making great images.
The photo session fee is $400. This covers the on-location photo shoot, professional image editing and a private ordering consultation to help you choose your favorites.

During your order consultation, we'll help you select your favorite images. While digital images are available for purchase, we offer a curated selection of professional physical art from heirloom - quality albums to custom canvases deigned to last a lifetime.
